Human Eye for Design

About Me

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Growing up I found my love for the arts and always made my school assignments in a creative way to make it more appealing to me. In college I learned the tools I needed in order to start my journey as a Graphic Designer. One of the most important things I discovered was to be open to change and new ideas.
I have a huge passion for music and while I was in college I discovered how to combine my love for art with my passion for music. While attending California State University Northridge, I co-founded an event company called Flash Mob and I quickly had to learn what it meant to be a Graphic Designer in the music industry. I learned to work swiftly and under pressure to meet deadlines, to take criticism well, file organization, how to work with all kinds of people with different artistic ideas, and most importantly how to work on a project from beginning to end.
I graduated from CSUN in December of 2018 with a Bachelor degree in the Arts specializing in Graphic Design.
After graduation I started working as the lead Graphic Designer at Sound Nightclub in Hollywood. I specialized in creating concert artwork for fans to enjoy by combining the style of the artist performing and the style of Sound into one piece of art. I also created and helped managed the social media content that was put out on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SoundNightclub.com, and Mailchimp. I became knowledgeable of social media tactics in order to expand their reach.
I currently work for a video editing/sharing platform called KineMaster. I am currently part of the creative team as the lead Graphic Designer in their downtown LA office. My role is to create content for their social media platforms on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Apple App Store, Google Play, along with internal content within the app. I showcase all the new features of the app every week with video content. I work closely with all the different social media managers we have for each country we are based in. I am also part of the production studio.
When I am not working at KineMaster, I take on some freelance work. I currently work for a photographic magazine called RIVAL. I create all the graphics and design the magazine layout. They produce about 6 issues a year. I also work as a content creator for an Energy Medicine Innovator named Natalie Sage Rose. I conduct photoshoots with her monthly and use that content to create social media posts along with video and graphic ads.
